• Placement location of ads is up to the discretion of the web site administrator
• Ads will be placed on live web site within 3 days of the first month of the quarter
• Payment must be received by Bayshore Yacht Club prior to ad placement
• Digital copy of graphic or logo to be used in ad to be provided via e-mail to web site administrator
• Acknowledgement of payment and proof of the ad will be sent to advertiser as soon as possible
• Fees are non-refundable
