Rules & By-Laws
As a 501(c)7 not-for-profit organization, Bayshore Yacht Club requires members to be aware of and follow a set of rules and by-laws that have been established over the years.
BYC Rules
All members should be aware of and make themselves familiar with Bayshore Yacht Club rules. These rules have been established to provide guidance regarding membership, guests, club facilities, and member attendance and conduct, along with various other items. Members (and their guests) are expected to follow these basic rules when visiting.
BYC By-Laws
Originally established in 1955 when the Club was formed to outline a system for governing the internal management of the organization. Changes have been made to this document to address evolving circumstances and state/federal
laws.
Current by-laws can be viewed by members from the “Members Only” page.
